Communities of Love in Action, C.O.L.I.A., is a non-profit organization born from a divine vision and guided by a deep commitment to fostering UNITY. In 2009, the Founder, Teresa Davis, received a profound insight from God, igniting the flame that is now burning brightly as C.O.L.I.A. Our primary focus is to close environmental and social inequity gaps, bringing together people, place, and meaningful projects. C.O.L.I.A. desires to empower vunerable communities to embrace responsibility, promote active service, nurture a strong sense of interconnectedness, activate actions, and above all, cultivate UNITY.
At C.O.L.I.A., we believe that true transformation happens when individuals, communities, and stakeholders come together in a spirit of collaboration, philanthropy, and shared purpose. Our vision encompasses the development of collaborative calls to action, and service programs, focused on environmental justice and social justice. We firmly believe that every voice counts, and that collective action holds the power to create lasting change.
Since 2009, both our mission and vision have evolved, gaining more purpose. Our journey has led us to building, empowering, and shaping other community-based organizations and individuals, extending our guidance, support, and tools at every stage. We are dedicated to fostering a network of interconnected entities working towards creating thriving, compassionate communities that embody philanthropy, service, and UNITY.
We invite you to join us in this transformative journey.
