C..O.L.I.A. is not a special interests group. C.O.L.I.A. does not lobby or participate in lobbying. C.O.L.I.A. does not play a major role in the development of political systems.

C.O.L.I.A. supports scope of work that is led by like-minded people, communities, organizations, industry leaders & partners and other stakeholders that care about our environment and the social well-being of others, in shared space and time. 

C.O.L.I.A. advocates for EQUITY & UNITY and this involves sitting at the table with communities, industry leaders & partners, other similar non-profits and stakeholders aligned with our mission. 

C.O.L.I.A. staff  is currently made-up of volunteers and subject matters experts from across the US. These individuals believe in C.O.L.I.A.’s mission & vision and are actively engaged in fulfilling C.O.L.I.A.’s mission & vision.
